The article is devoted to the problem of self-development a pedagogical employee general secondary education institution. An overview teacher's model in context informal education, using information and communication technologies, was made. analysis various studies showed that ICT for educational activities has significant impact Russian lever providing quality content. Competence basis self-organization teacher process sustainable development specialist's personality.
